Shared smartnodes are where pools of coin holders combine their funds together to create the required collateral for a smartnode. INodez provides a trusted platform for users to provide shared collateral for smartnodes in return for being able to share in the smartnode's earned rewards. This greatly reduces the cost barrier to earning node rewards and allows for faster development of the RTM smartnode layer. INodez takes a share of the rewards for server hosting costs and ongoing development.
